We offer a 30 day returns policy.
Although all products undergo a rigorous quality control inspection prior to packaging, there is always chance that damage may occur during transit. If the product does not meet your quality expectations, you may return it to us within 30 days and we will replace the product in question. The replacement product will be shipped after we receive the original and have verified that the condition of the product is below expectations.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of placing the order. You must return your products to us as new in a saleable condition within 14 days from the time of requesting a refund. Any products not retuned within this timeframe or in a less than saleable condition may be rejected. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Out of stock items
If an item is listed as currently out of stock, that means that the product will be cast to order by our production partner. There is likely to be a slight delay depending on current production schedules for any products ordered in this way.
Part Shipping/Splitting Orders
Shipping is charged per order. Once an order is placed if you require that it is split, you must contact us before the package is shipped. Additional delivery charges will be incurred and must be paid in full before either part of the order is sent.
Where items are in stock, Lion Tower Miniatures aims to ship orders within 2-3 working days. All items will be sent by the cheapest delivery method available to help keep your costs to a minimum. Should you wish to receive your products sooner, please contact us to arrange alternative shipping.
If we have repeated failed deliveries to any particular address or customer, we reserve the right to apply a tracked and signed for delivery service at the customer’s expense. This will only ever be the case in exceptional circumstances.
All our orders are sent with either Royal Mail or a UK based tracked courier service. If your order ships with a courier service you will receive either an email or text message letting you know when to expect the delivery to take place, and giving you the option to arrange delivery at a convenient time. Otherwise, Royal Mail (or their partner in your country) will deliver via your normal post.
If there is no answer at the address when your parcel arrives, you may be left a calling card with instructions on how to collect your order or rearrange delivery.
